During this project, XPG Media integrated a marketing executive within RecruitSumo's team to better understand how they operated and their company ethos. This process allowed us to learn that their whole process had people in its centre, so we based the campaign on how much people matter to their brand. After this, the team put together a promotional video campaign.
We have shown how committed we are to ensuring we understand our clients and portray an image that correlates perfectly to their ethos and brand image within our execution. Our marketers observed the company and then flawlessly communicated everything they had monitored to our talented in-house production team to guarantee the video campaign we created was on point.
As the final product of this process, we produced a long-form video campaign detailing this entire process and how much they care about getting the right people to the right roles. RecruitSumo were happy with their campaign as it aided their team growth and raised investments for their company.
